Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute work plans according to sales cycles and activities.
- Ensure effective store visit plans and meet key performance indicators for store visits.
- Build constructive relationships with store managers and staff.
- Act as the brand liaison for customer feedback and needs.
- Achieve sales targets and support new product launches each season.
- Ensure brand penetration and monitor store product displays and inventory levels.
- Negotiate and enhance brand exposure in stores, managing and optimizing brand image.
- Ensure adherence to brand display guidelines and protect brand assets in retail.
- Manage regional market resources and oversee national retail projects.
- Conduct product, brand, and trade marketing training activities.
- Provide timely and accurate store visit reports and gather customer feedback.
- Analyze and report on competitor activities and product performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in fashion/luxury, cosmetics, or FMCG industries with a strong trade marketing and merchandising background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic English language skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong goal orientation and analytical mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
