Kering Eyewear Assistant Integrated Marketing Manager — Shanghai. Lead Tmall content, KOL/Xiaohongshu collaborations and e‑commerce marketing for luxury eyewear.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Tmall flagship store content strategies that preserve luxury brand tone while optimising for sales conversion.
  • Manage and optimise owned content assets including product pages, brand homepages and short videos to enhance online browsing and conversion experience.
  • Coordinate with e‑commerce sales teams and TP partners to ensure high‑quality execution of new product launches and in‑site campaigns.
  • Plan and manage KOL/KOE collaboration matrix aligned with luxury eyewear positioning; lead content co‑creation for Xiaohongshu and other social channels.
  • Design and operationalise co‑marketing programs with key retail clients and the KOS ecosystem: content sharing, O2O activations and traffic allocation to drive purchase conversion.
  • Provide content calendars, creative guidance and systematic training (e.g., livestream classes) to empower Key Opinion Sales and retail partners.
  • Support integrated marketing budget planning and ongoing tracking; conduct campaign and content performance reviews to inform optimisation and investment decisions.
  • Introduce and apply AI‑assisted tools to enhance efficiency and creativity in content production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in integrated marketing, e‑commerce content or social marketing; experience in beauty, fashion or FMCG preferred.
  • Strong aesthetic sensitivity and demonstrable facility with high‑end visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Tmall in‑store content ecosystem and Xiaohongshu platform logic.
  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English; strong presentation skills (PPT) and advanced Excel capability.
  • Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to deliver quality outcomes within constrained resources.
