Kering Eyewear is seeking an Assistant Financial Planning and Analysis Manager reporting to the Senior Finance Manager in China. The role leads budgeting, forecasting and profit and loss analysis across e-commerce and operating expenses, supports business reviews and financial projects, and maintains accurate reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the annual budget and periodic or rolling forecasts for e-commerce, analyze the profit and loss statement, and hold regular business review meetings with the e-commerce team.
- Participate in and support e-commerce-related projects, including financial modeling, research, and trend analysis.
- Manage the annual budget and periodic or rolling forecasts for operating expenses, including marketing, selling, general and administrative, and other expenses; provide clear guidance and constructive actions to improve return on investment.
- Support profit and loss management and conduct quarterly business performance variance analysis, including operating expenses and earnings before interest and taxes.
- Support the annual sales budget for Hong Kong.
- Work with the accounting team to review monthly actuals by account and ensure accurate bookings align with the budget, with variance analysis where applicable.
- Submit budget packages in BPC and HFM under the guidance of HQ Finance.
- Prepare other ad hoc reports and projects as assigned by management.
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of required reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial business planning and analysis in FMCG.
- Fluent and proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Hands-on experience with SAP is required.
- Experience with HFM, BPC, and BI apps is preferred.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
