Kering Eyewear in Singapore seeks an Area Sales Manager to grow LINDBERG across South‑East Asia; strategic sales, travel up to 75%.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and exceed revenue and sell-out targets for assigned markets within South‑East Asia, implementing and following commercial plans.
- Act as a visible brand ambassador for LINDBERG across distributors, key retail partners and trade events.
- Identify and develop business opportunities with existing and prospective retail partners; drive account growth and distribution strategy.
- Support new collection launches and ensure timely replenishment to optimise sell-through.
- Deliver training to retail staff on product knowledge, brand storytelling and in-store marketing execution.
- Partner with Trade Marketing to implement localised marketing initiatives and verify visual merchandising compliance with brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular store visits to review assortment, stock levels, VM standards and to collect customer feedback.
- Provide accurate, timely reporting on store visits, sell-out performance, stock analysis and market insights to the Area Manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma or university degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, ideally within eyewear; experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics or FMCG is a plus.
- Proven exposure to Trade Marketing and Visual Merchandising execution.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% for business needs.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Fluent English; regional languages (Bahasa, Tagalog, Vietnamese) are advantageous.

Experience
At least five years of on-the-field sales experience, preferably within eyewear or luxury/fashion retail channels, with demonstrated success in developing accounts, launching collections and executing trade marketing and visual merchandising initiatives. Candidate must be comfortable with frequent travel (up to 75%).
Education
Diploma or university degree preferred.
