Kering Eyewear seeks AI Content Specialist in Milano to create luxury visual content using Generative AI. €30,000 annually plus bonus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual assets using Generative AI tools, including images, animations, motion graphics, and short-form videos
- Translate creative briefs into engaging content that aligns with brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across multiple luxury brands
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, Digital, Social Media, and Brand teams to develop and refine content
- Design, refine, and optimize prompts and AI workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
- Edit, retouch, and enhance AI-generated assets through photo and video post-production techniques
- Support the exploration, testing, and adoption of emerging AI technologies and creative tools within the organization
- Contribute to the development of internal best practices, workflows, and creative standards for AI-assisted content production
- Stay informed about industry trends, new platforms, and advancements in Generative AI, digital creativity, and content creation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, digital design, creative production, or related fields
- Demonstrable experience creating content with Generative AI tools, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated images, animations, and/or videos
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, design principles, and digital content formats
- Proficiency with image and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and refined aesthetic sensibility
- Proactive mindset with curiosity and willingness to experiment with emerging technologies
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in content creation, digital design, creative production, or related disciplines. Demonstrable portfolio of work created with Generative AI tools, showcasing proficiency with images, animations, and/or video content.
