Kering Eyewear is hiring an After Sales Specialist in Bridgewater, NJ to manage warranty, repairs and returns. $25–28/hr.

Overview

Kering Eyewear is the eyewear division of the Kering Group, designing, developing, manufacturing and distributing luxury eyewear for a portfolio of maisons and licensed brands. The organization combines creative design, technical know‑how and global distribution capabilities to serve premium fashion houses and proprietary brands across international markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate repairs, warranty and commercial returns flows for the North America region, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
  • Manage after‑sales claims through the CRM ticketing system and maintain open order portfolios.
  • Monitor and report after‑sales KPIs; analyze warranty claims and provide corrective recommendations.
  • Liaise with Logistics, Customer Service and Sales Support to deliver the agreed service level and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Support internal and external customers with technical eyewear inquiries and guarantee quality standards set by Headquarter Quality Department.
  • Implement and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and customer service levels; assist in deploying new after‑sales processes.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years' experience in after‑sales operations, preferably within an optical/eyewear organisation.
  • Demonstrable technical knowledge of optical eyewear repairs (frame adjustments, part replacement, disassembly).
  • Familiarity with customer service processes and order‑to‑cash flows.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SAP (ERP, BO) is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (verbal and written); French language skills are a plus.
