Overview
Kering Eyewear is the eyewear division of the Kering Group, designing, developing, manufacturing and distributing luxury eyewear for a portfolio of maisons and licensed brands. The organization combines creative design, technical know‑how and global distribution capabilities to serve premium fashion houses and proprietary brands across international markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate repairs, warranty and commercial returns flows for the North America region, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Manage after‑sales claims through the CRM ticketing system and maintain open order portfolios.
- Monitor and report after‑sales KPIs; analyze warranty claims and provide corrective recommendations.
- Liaise with Logistics, Customer Service and Sales Support to deliver the agreed service level and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Support internal and external customers with technical eyewear inquiries and guarantee quality standards set by Headquarter Quality Department.
- Implement and propose process improvements to increase efficiency and customer service levels; assist in deploying new after‑sales processes.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years' experience in after‑sales operations, preferably within an optical/eyewear organisation.
- Demonstrable technical knowledge of optical eyewear repairs (frame adjustments, part replacement, disassembly).
- Familiarity with customer service processes and order‑to‑cash flows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of SAP (ERP, BO) is an advantage.
- Fluent English (verbal and written); French language skills are a plus.

Experience
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in after‑sales/returns management, ideally within the optical eyewear sector, handling repairs, warranty administration and cross‑functional coordination.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations or a related field preferred.
