Kering Eyewear is hiring an After Sales Specialist in Bridgewater, NJ to manage repairs, warranty and returns for the NAM region ($25–28/hr).

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate repairs, warranty and commercial returns processes for the North America region, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Manage aftersales-related claims and enquiries through the CRM ticketing system and liaise with Logistics, Customer Service and Sales Support to resolve issues.
- Monitor and maintain aftersales open-order portfolios and associated KPIs, escalating where necessary to meet service standards.
- Analyse warranty claims, identify root causes and propose corrective actions or process improvements to reduce recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with Headquarter Quality Department standards and internal corporate policies.
- Support internal and external customers with technical eyewear inquiries, including small repairs and product troubleshooting.
- Contribute to implementation of new after-sales processes and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service level.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in after-sales, customer service or warranty management, preferably within the optical eyewear industry.
- Practical knowledge of optical eyewear repairs and adjustments (frame repairs, part substitutions, disassembly).
- Familiarity with order-to-cash processes and customer service workflows.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with SAP suite (ERP, BO) is an advantage.
- Fluent written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset, problem-solving orientation and ability to prioritise under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.

Experience
Three to five years of hands-on experience in after-sales, warranty or customer service functions; prior exposure to optical eyewear products and small repair techniques is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in optics/opticianry or a technical discipline preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 28 per hour.
