Kering Eyewear seeks part-time Accountant in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia to support AR/AP operations and regulatory compliance for 6-month contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) operations
- Process invoices, e-invoices, payments, collections, and reconciliations
- Maintain accounting records, customer and vendor master data, and compliance documentation
- Support regulatory compliance, government reporting, stamp duty administration, and maintenance of statutory records
- Perform ad hoc accounting, finance, and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel preferred
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role with demonstrated knowledge of AR and AP processes.
Education
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
