Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creative development and execution of event concepts.
  • Participate in all production stages from preparation to operational implementation.
  • Manage relationships with event agencies, caterers, technical providers, and other partners.
  • Monitor service delivery and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize comprehensive event logistics including scheduling, equipment, and setup/teardown.
  • Be present on the event day to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure adherence to allocated budgets and track expenses.
  • Maintain timelines and schedules.
  • Update guest lists, track RSVPs, and ensure coherent reception arrangements.
  • Keep the global event calendar updated and reliable.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication, marketing, or project management.
  • Interest in the luxury sector and its standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in high-expectation environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and operationally focused, including for evening events.
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
  • Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in events, client relations, press relations, or hospitality is a plus.

Experience

Prior experience in event management, client relations, press relations, or hospitality is advantageous.
