Kering is seeking an intern to join its Employee Engagement, Internal Communication, and Diversity team in Paris. The intern will support the operational delivery of the annual roadmap, internal communications, events, and Inclusion and Diversity initiatives, working with the Maisons and Corporate and Group stakeholders. Applicants are asked to provide their exact availability dates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the operational rollout of Inclusion, Diversity, and Engagement initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders and the Maisons.
- Support internal communications, including presentations, invitations, editorial content, newsletters, communication materials, awareness campaigns, and digital publications.
- Help organize and coordinate internal events, including conferences, awareness initiatives, training sessions, hybrid and in-person events, and livestreams.
- Support the design and rollout of awareness campaigns for key Inclusion and Diversity moments, including International Women’s Rights Day, Disability, Pride, and Well-being at Work (QVCT).
- Monitor trends and conduct prospective research on international Inclusion and Diversity topics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree; studies in Human Resources, Management, Political Science, or Communication are a plus.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in project management.
- Interest in inclusion and diversity is an asset.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment, independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen interest in project delivery and employee engagement.
- Initiative, creativity, rigor, and organizational skills in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint for creating clear visual materials and Excel for data tracking, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
