Kering is seeking an eCommerce Service Coordinator Intern to join its eCommerce Service Management team in Paris. The intern will support eCommerce operations, documentation, back-end incident resolution and project coordination; the role is an internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support customer service teams, finance teams, inventory controllers and boutiques on eCommerce-related questions, procedures and operational activities.
- Contribute to documentation for eCommerce tools.
- Coordinate back-end incidents to facilitate their resolution.
- Provide PMO support to the Head of Cross-Functional eCommerce Projects & Roadmap, including project tracking, roadmap prioritization and management support, and organizing meetings with the maisons and internal eCommerce team forums.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of the digital ecosystem.
- Very good spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly a satisfactory level of Excel.
- Rigor and strong synthesis skills for writing and updating documentation.
- Diplomacy and listening skills to respond appropriately to requests, including eCommerce incidents.
- Knowledge of the eCommerce environment and/or the luxury sector is an advantage.
