Kering — Ecommerce Product Specialist Intern in Paris. Six‑month internship (Sept 2026) supporting eCommerce & Omnichannel platforms for Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain operational documentation and “HOW TO” user guides for brand teams, and build the shared “Page Anatomy Guide” on SharePoint.
- Map and create zonings that show where each content element is configured across internal tools and repositories.
- Investigate where and how content is modified across platforms (Contentful, Algolia, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and liaise with brand and corporate teams to clarify content contribution.
- Support the Search Product Owner: gather brand needs, structure requests, prepare analyses and participate in testing and functional validation.
- Contribute to frontend development activities by collecting brand requirements, participating in feature design workshops, and supporting testing and trainings.
- Collect requirements for transactional and marketing emails, define email content with stakeholders and integrate copy via internal tools.
- Support legal content activities: collect legal requirements, publish legal pages on the headless eCommerce platform and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or equivalent undergraduate/graduate programme.
- Fluency in French is mandatory; strong written and spoken English required.
- Structured, organized, detail-oriented and capable of working autonomously.
- Proactive team player with strong operational adaptability and analytical abilities.
- First experience/internship in digital or eCommerce is a plus; prior exposure to the luxury sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Algolia or Contentful is a strong plus.

Experience
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent; prior internship or practical experience in digital/eCommerce is preferred but not mandatory. Exposure to luxury retail or brand environments is advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a business school or equivalent (Bachelor's or Master's level).

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
