Kering — Ecommerce Operations Back Office Support in Novara (Trecate). Seasonal role supporting 3PL coordination, customer care and returns.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily requests from Brand Customer Care related to order status, VIP enquiries, transport, returns, customs issues, claims and operational topics.
  • Track and report the evolution of requests, providing regular status updates to brand customer care and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor transportation and warehousing activities and proactively alert customer service of issues that could impact clients.
  • Coordinate third‑party logistics (3PL) operators and carriers to ensure agreed service levels for final customers.
  • Support the management of shipments to and from final customers and local hubs, including investigations and returns processing.
  • Escalate issues to the Coordinator when required and contribute to the resolution of transport and delivery problems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer service, ecommerce operations or within a transport/logistics company.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures is a plus.
  • Customer‑oriented, solution‑driven and able to work collaboratively with carriers, warehouses and brand teams.

Experience
