Kering seeks an Ecommerce Operations Back Office Intern in Novara, Italy for a 6-month internship supporting supply chain and B2C customer service operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management of daily customer service requests from B2C Brands, including order status queries, delivery tracking, returns processing, and operational issue resolution
- Track incoming requests and communicate updates to relevant internal teams and external partners
- Identify and report potential issues within transportation and warehousing operations to appropriate stakeholders
- Collaborate with logistics partners including third-party logistics providers (3PL) and carriers to ensure smooth operational execution
- Escalate issues to team leadership when necessary and provide frontline support to resolve transport-related complications
- Assist in the coordination and management of shipments to and from customer bases and local distribution hubs
- Support the coordination of product launches and special brand initiatives as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate in any discipline with demonstrated interest in customer service, ecommerce, or transportation sectors
- Strong command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with ability to manage data and create reports
- Team-oriented mentality with demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and customer-centric approach
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and goal-driven with genuine interest in operational innovation
- Genuine enthusiasm for learning, cross-functional collaboration, and building relationships with logistics partners, warehouse operations, and brand teams
