Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of bi-monthly and weekly presentations for brands, detailing bug resolution status, process updates, and training.
- Monitor and prioritize escalated bugs with L2 (support run) and L3 (support build) teams.
- Test proposed solutions for bug resolution.
- Update documentation for end users.
- Potentially support the deployment of omnichannel functionalities in various regions.

- Proficiency in e-commerce and omnichannel operations.
- Interest in the luxury sector.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational prowess.

Experience
No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with e-commerce and luxury sectors is preferred.
