Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Global Group Chat & Socials Project Manager in business and service activities.
  • Coordinate client services and improve processes in an international e-commerce context.
  • Manage enhancement requests and draft user stories.
  • Coordinate front-end contributions for client services across multiple brands.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Contentful for content updates and contributions.
  • Prepare e-commerce sites for Employee Sales events.
  • Create presentations for internal communication and survey analysis.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master 2 degree.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Interest in digital solutions and luxury industry experience is a plus.
