Kering Technologies in Paris seeks a Digital Workplace Intern for a 6-month internship supporting global digital adoption, training and the POS/Copilot rollouts.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the production of digital training assets: e‑learning modules, quick reference sheets, user guides and practical exercises.
- Support deployment of global adoption programs including the POS rollout and Microsoft Copilot/GenAI pilot by producing onboarding and engagement materials.
- Coordinate communications with internal stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely information flow and consistent messaging.
- Assist in the design and logistical organisation of workshops, training sessions and beta test activities aimed at driving user adoption.
- Work closely with Project Managers and report to the Head of Digital Workplace & User Experience to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (final year) or Master's programme (business school preferred).
- Fluent in English; working knowledge of Italian and/or French is a plus.
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal ease and teamwork orientation.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, rigorous and passionate about fashion, luxury or design.
- Knowledge of Agile working methods and UX/UI fundamentals is an advantage.

No specific professional tenure is required beyond current academic enrollment; prior internships or coursework producing digital learning content, communications or user adoption support are highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's student (business school) — Bac+3 or Master's level.
