Kering — Digital Workplace Intern (6‑month internship) in Paris. Support Digital Workplace & User Experience to create training and adoption materials.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support production of digital training content: e‑learning modules, quick reference sheets, user guides and practical exercises.
  • Contribute to an editorial and communication campaign to drive user engagement and adoption of new tools (including POS rollout and GenAI/Copilot initiatives).
  • Coordinate information flow with internal stakeholders and Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of adoption materials.
  • Assist in organising workshops and training sessions to familiarise end users with new processes and applications.
  • Help maintain and update documentation repositories (SharePoint/Confluence) and contribute to pilot testing and feedback collection.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (Bac+3) or Master's programme, preferably at a business school.
  • Fluent spoken and written English; working knowledge of French and/or Italian is a plus.
  • Familiarity with at least one of: Articulate Learning, Office 365, JIRA/Confluence or SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organisation, rigor and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and passionate about fashion, luxury or design; openness to Agile ways of working.
  • UX/UI knowledge or prior experience in digital learning design is a valuable asset.

Experience

No prior professional experience is required beyond relevant coursework or projects; previous internships or projects in digital training, communications, UX or change management are advantageous.
