Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and enhance the global anti-fraud strategy.
  • Manage and optimize tools for analyzing customer behaviors and configuring detection rules.
  • Coordinate the global community of anti-fraud experts within Customer Service teams.
  • Gather local needs, support training, and escalate enhancement requests to project teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
