Kering Development Manager role in Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan managing luxury retail property portfolio and lease strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive and optimize retail portfolio performance across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, consistently exceeding established benchmarks
  • Develop and implement robust lease management and negotiation strategies at the brand level, securing advantageous lease terms and cultivating strong partnerships
  • Lead implementation of overarching portfolio strategy at each brand's asset level across the three sub-markets
  • Manage daily communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing real-time market intelligence on luxury retail landscape trends
  • Support Asset Managers with local market updates and insights to rationalize real estate decisions for all brands in the region
  • Conduct frequent business travel within Greater China, particularly to Taiwan

Qualifications

  • Degree in real estate, management, business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of significant experience in real estate management, preferably in luxury or retail sectors
  • Excellent project management skills and strategic planning ability
  • In-depth knowledge of European and international real estate markets
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
  • Proactive with capability to make strategic decisions quickly
