Kering Development Manager role in Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan managing luxury retail property portfolio and lease strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and optimize retail portfolio performance across Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, consistently exceeding established benchmarks
- Develop and implement robust lease management and negotiation strategies at the brand level, securing advantageous lease terms and cultivating strong partnerships
- Lead implementation of overarching portfolio strategy at each brand's asset level across the three sub-markets
- Manage daily communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing real-time market intelligence on luxury retail landscape trends
- Support Asset Managers with local market updates and insights to rationalize real estate decisions for all brands in the region
- Conduct frequent business travel within Greater China, particularly to Taiwan
Qualifications
- Degree in real estate, management, business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of significant experience in real estate management, preferably in luxury or retail sectors
- Excellent project management skills and strategic planning ability
- In-depth knowledge of European and international real estate markets
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
- Proactive with capability to make strategic decisions quickly
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Strong stress management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
