Kering Technologies is seeking a Delivery Excellence Assistant intern for its SAP Centre of Excellence, within the Delivery Excellence & Adoption team, supporting methodology, governance, reporting, portfolio tracking, automation and adoption across an international SAP transformation programme. The internship offers exposure to global SAP projects and collaboration with project managers, business teams and IT.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to improving and deploying the SAP CoE methodology and maintaining standards, templates, guides and reusable assets for project teams.
- Update project management tools, dashboards and reports, and prepare programme governance and communication materials.
- Support management of the industrialisation initiatives portfolio by tracking roadmaps, actions, risks and decisions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives, gather user feedback, measure adoption of deployed solutions and assess their associated benefits.
- Support project teams in applying SAP CoE methods and tools.
- Help organise workshops, meetings and governance sessions, and prepare minutes, summaries and action plans.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Delivery Excellence & Adoption activities according to programme priorities.
Qualifications
- Currently studying at business or engineering school, or university, at Bac+5 level.
- Interest in project management, digital transformation, information systems or continuous improvement.
- Rigorous, organised and curious, with the ability to turn complex information into clear, structured deliverables.
- Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills, with confidence in written and spoken communication.
- Comfortable working in an international, multicultural environment.
- Able to work in French and English; English is the programme's working language.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- A first experience in project management, PMO, transformation, consulting, continuous improvement or an IT environment is appreciated.
- SAP knowledge is not required.
- Motivated, autonomous, collaborative and keen to learn in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
