Kering is hiring a Data Project Intern in Paris to support finance transformation, master data management, and analytics across EMEA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Group Finance Transformation project for the EMEA region, in line with the agreed roadmap.
- Help implement the master data management process, including customer and supplier maintenance procedures, master data hierarchy design, compliance-tool integration, periodic master data quality audits, and dashboard development.
- Support the implementation, modernization, or adoption of target financial macro-processes and the regionalization of scalable processes.
- Prepare weekly progress reports for the EMEA regional lead, sharing key results, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
- Promote adoption of distributed, standardized end-to-end processes and ensure processes are complete and fully documented.
- Deploy local training processes for the Kering Finance Academy and Core Model to support process adoption, develop and maintain skills and knowledge, and target an average of 80% of the team trained and able to share knowledge locally.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a finance-related field.
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset and proficiency with relevant data analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI, and Power Query; curiosity about new technologies, including AI.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with people at all organizational levels and across business sectors.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Motivation to work in the luxury sector.

Prior experience in finance, accounting, or management control is an advantage.
