Kering seeks a Data & AI Culture Lead in Paris to design and execute a Group-wide cultural transformation programme across data and AI adoption and learning initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Structure and disseminate a compelling narrative on data and AI transformation to executives, maisons, and corporate functions, defining editorial strategy by audience (COMEX, managers, operational teams)
  • Animate Group-wide data and AI communication channels (internal Hub, Viva Engage, newsletters) by defining content, key messages, and editorial priorities in coordination with internal communications teams
  • Manage and produce high-impact content—success stories, videos, podcasts, testimonials—ensuring editorial quality and relevance while maintaining collaboration with Group Communications and external partners
  • Build and animate data and AI communities across maisons and functions, leveraging subject-matter competency chapters (BI, AI) as expert contributors to content and engagement
  • Design and organize Group-level data and AI events in partnership with innovation teams; present and moderate sessions to embody the programme with employees
  • Pilot the internal Data & AI Hub as the single entry point for the ecosystem, ensuring accessibility for all Kering collaborators
  • Translate complex data and AI topics into tailored learning pathways by persona (C-level, managers, operational staff, technical profiles) in close coordination with Kering Learning & Development teams
  • Identify partners and expertise to enrich training offerings and co-create bespoke data and AI curricula; maintain active intelligence on relevant training topics
  • Track programme impact and employee maturity on data and AI adoption; ensure coherence with broader Group transformation initiatives and Kering Learning & Development roadmaps
  • Prepare and facilitate governance sessions for the culture programme; influence without hierarchical authority across complex partnership ecosystems

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of significant experience in strategic communications, internal communications, or culture and transformation programmes within complex, multi-brand, multi-geography environments
  • Demonstrated exposure to data and AI topics—supporting use-case deployment, data transformation, adoption programmes, or close partnership with expert teams—with ability to rapidly grasp concrete business implications
  • Proven capability to understand complex data and AI subjects quickly, challenge experts constructively, and translate technical material into clear, structured, actionable messages
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-impact content rapidly while guaranteeing accuracy, rigour, and credibility with demanding stakeholders
  • Strong public-speaking and presentation skills; comfort animating events, presenting to discerning audiences, and embodying transformation programmes
  • Established capability to build and sustain multi-channel communication and training initiatives from strategic design through operational deployment
  • Fluent English (mandatory); French preferred; Italian a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity and discipline to engage substantively with complex topics without resorting to buzzwords
