Kering seeks a Data & AI Architect in Paris to define and implement data platform architecture across the luxury group's global operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define architecture concepts in alignment with Kering's Data & AI strategy and enterprise architecture patterns
- Establish and implement architecture patterns across the Data & AI platform and interconnected applications
- Collaborate with teams on solution design and the evolution of the platform and data products
- Document architecture principles, guidelines, and best practices; maintain the architecture repository and standards
- Manage technical debt backlog, track progress, and ensure integration into action plans
- Work with Security teams to integrate best practices and ensure data governance compliance
- Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture teams on data and AI related initiatives
- Lead the implementation of the data platform in China in alignment with global strategy
- Provide support to the Maisons in managing their Data & AI initiatives
- Attend specialized conferences and events to maintain active awareness of Data & AI innovations and market trends
- Animate workshops on new concepts and market trends to promote data culture within the team
- Ensure strong coordination with external partners and technology vendors
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data architecture with demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Data platforms
- Solid experience with BI tools: Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau
- Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and associated tools (Jira, Confluence)
- In-depth understanding of cloud architectures in general and strong mastery of data architectures (Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Platform) and cloud technologies (GCP, AWS)
- Strong knowledge of cloud concepts, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security, and access management
- Familiarity with luxury, logistics, and retail sectors
- Awareness of market trends in data and cloud innovation
- Collaborative leadership and influence capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, and organizational sense
