Kering Data Analytics Audit Manager in Paris | Lead AI-driven audit transformation and risk management for luxury group

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead development and implementation of the internal audit data and AI transformation strategy aligned with Group Internal Audit objectives
  • Drive adoption of advanced data analytics, machine learning, and AI tools within audit procedures to improve risk identification, assessment, and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Internal Control, Finance, Security, Risk Management, and Retail to develop innovative audit solutions
  • Partner with stakeholders to define key risk indicators and develop statistical thresholds for continuous monitoring alerts
  • Design and oversee data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality and integrity in all audit activities
  • Mentor audit team members in data science methodologies, statistical and analytics best practices, and AI applications
  • Prepare and present reports to the Chief Audit Executive and Internal Audit Director on the impact and progress of data-driven initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies regarding data privacy and security
  • Participate in audits, fraud audits, and fraud investigations
  • Present complex analytical findings to audit leadership and business stakeholders in clear, actionable formats

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience of 10+ years in internal audit, risk management, or data analytics, preferably in the Luxury or Retail sector
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and AI/machine learning applications
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management, auditing, accounting, and financial reporting
  • Proficient knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices related to data privacy and security
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with ability to influence, drive, and motivate others at all levels
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Professional certifications preferred: CISA, CIA, CPA, or similar certifications
