Kering seeks Cybersecurity Vulnerability Engineer in Paris to lead vulnerability management, remediation automation, and CERT operations within international luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain operational effectiveness and security of vulnerability scanning and management tools, ensuring seamless integration within the Group's security ecosystem
  • Develop automation solutions to streamline administration, reporting, and remediation activity management across the organization
  • Analyze identified vulnerabilities, formulate recommendations, contribute to prioritization using CVSS, KEV, and EPSS methodologies, and support teams in tracking remediation plans
  • Oversee management of critical vulnerabilities and high-impact situations in collaboration with business and technical teams across Group entities
  • Support monthly patching campaigns with workstation and infrastructure teams to ensure asset update compliance with internal policies
  • Conduct active monitoring of emerging vulnerabilities and assess exposure levels within the Kering environment
  • Contribute to all CERT team activities, including detection, incident response, and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) coordination
  • Participate in continuous improvement of vulnerability prioritization methodologies and VOC maturity advancement

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or equivalent engineering school qualification with specialization in cybersecurity, systems, networks, or software development
  • Significant experience in vulnerability management, operational security, or security engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in CERT, SOC, VOC environments, or remediation management programs
  • Solid command of vulnerability management fundamentals including scoring methodologies, prioritization mechanisms, and remediation lifecycle processes
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and API integration for automation
  • Demonstrated practical application of AI tools in professional or personal technical environments with critical analytical perspective
  • Strong understanding of systems, network environments, and cloud architecture
  • Full proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian language skills considered advantageous

Education

Master's degree or engineering school diploma with specialization in cybersecurity, systems, networks, or software development (Bac+4 or Bac+5 minimum)
