Kering — Cybersecurity Governance & Awareness Intern in Paris; 6‑month internship (Sept 2026) within the Security Governance, Risk & Compliance team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, implementation and evolution of a comprehensive security controls framework.
  • Support the ISMS (Information Security Management System) programme and contribute to its continuous improvement and certification-related activities.
  • Participate in identification, mapping, assessment and qualification of cyber risks and proposed remediation measures.
  • Monitor remediation/action plans and drive follow-up to strengthen the organisation’s security posture.
  • Analyse control and audit results, derive clear recommendations and help prioritise improvement actions.
  • Support the development and delivery of cybersecurity awareness initiatives and internal communications.
  • Prepare reporting deliverables and presentation materials for stakeholders, including executive summaries.
  • Be involved in governance activities and provide support for crisis management communications when required.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognised higher-education programme (IEP/Sciences Po/EGE/LSE or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with the ability to transform data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Rigorous, autonomous and structured approach to project work and follow‑up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt messaging to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated interest in risk management, governance and cybersecurity topics.
  • Professional-level English proficiency; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Experience
