Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise project managers on security aspects of IT and cross-departmental projects
  • Participate in the development and evolution of Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) platforms
  • Contribute to main technical security programs in coordination with the Cybersecurity transformation program
  • Provide tactical, operational, and strategic reports on the cyber threat landscape to group companies and maisons
  • Carry out and industrialize IT remediation activities across the organization
  • Analyze security incidents, manage resolution processes, and coordinate crisis management for major incidents
  • Support vulnerability management initiatives in synergy with dedicated vulnerability management teams
  • Lead risk assessment processes as a subject matter expert on secure architecture
  • Manage projects for continuous improvement of Kering cybersecurity across organizational, human, technical, and process dimensions
  • Participate in internal and external audits and oversee associated action plan implementation

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or engineering degree with specialization in cybersecurity, systems, networks, or software development
  • Significant professional experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or security engineering
  • Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability management and security operations
  • Hands-on experience with EDR/XDR, SIEM, Deception, ASM & Asset Inventory, IPS/Firewalling solutions
  • Strong understanding of networks, protocols, assets, and device engineering
  • Proven experience in technical security development or hands-on work with multiple security solutions
  • Ability to extract insights from structured and unstructured data
  • Full proficiency in both Italian and English languages

Experience

Significant experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or security engineering. Experience working within an operational cybersecurity department or contributing to a cybersecurity transformation program is strongly advantageous. Demonstrated hands-on experience with multiple security solutions and proven track record in technical security development required.

Education

Master's degree or engineering degree with specialization in cybersecurity, systems, networks, or software development.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 32,500 per annum.
