Kering — Cybersecurity Culture Analyst Intern in Paris (6‑month internship): join GRC to run awareness campaigns, phishing simulations and content production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple, concurrent global workstreams within the GRC cyber team and act as a project manager for cyber culture initiatives.
  • Produce and publish clear, audience-tailored content (analytical notes, articles, practical guides) on the Group Cyber Portal (SharePoint) to translate technical cyber risks into actionable guidance for employees.
  • Monitor attack trends (phishing, social engineering) in the luxury sector and contribute to the development of forward-looking prevention scenarios.
  • Design, execute and analyse phishing simulation campaigns and detect weak signals associated with human error.
  • Develop innovative awareness scenarios and acculturation materials, including international events such as Cybersecurity Week, to strengthen the Group’s cyber culture.
  • Support change management and strategic communications to make security policies actionable for cyber and business teams and to drive end-user adoption of best practices.
  • Create high-level visual materials and infographics (expertise in PowerPoint required) to convert complex security issues into compelling visual insights.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme (e.g., Sciences Po, EGE, CELSA, engineering school with governance specialization, or a top-tier business school).
  • Fluent in English and French – both written and spoken; able to adapt tone for diverse internal audiences.
  • Strong written analytical skills, able to produce concise, pedagogical notes and communications.
  • Proven project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple international projects simultaneously with rigour and autonomy.
  • Excellent command of PowerPoint and a refined aesthetic sensibility suited to luxury communications; SharePoint proficiency is a strong asset.
  • Foundational IT knowledge (networks, email hygiene, digital hygiene) and a demonstrable interest in security culture and the luxury sector.

Experience
