Kering — Paris: Cybersecurity Culture Analyst Intern (6‑month internship starting Sept 2026) to join the GRC cybersecurity team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple global workstreams within the Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) cybersecurity programme.
- Produce and publish educational content for the Cyber Portal (SharePoint): analytical notes, articles, practical guides and visual assets to translate technical risks into actionable guidance for all employees.
- Monitor and analyse attack trends affecting the luxury sector (phishing, social engineering) to inform forward-looking prevention scenarios.
- Design, run and analyse phishing simulation campaigns and detect weak signals linked to human error.
- Develop innovative awareness scenarios and acculturation materials (e.g., international Cybersecurity Week) to strengthen the Group’s cyber culture.
- Support change management and strategic communications to make security policies actionable for both cyber teams and business stakeholders.
- Create high‑level visual materials and infographics that convert complex security topics into clear, impactful insights; act as guardian of the Cyber Portal.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master’s programme (Institute of Political Studies/Sciences Po, Economic Intelligence, Communication school such as CELSA, Engineering school with governance specialisation, or top-tier Business School).
- Fluent written and spoken English and French; ability to adapt tone and register to varied audiences.
- Strong written analytical ability and experience producing synthesis notes and educational content.
- Excellent command of PowerPoint and a refined aesthetic sensibility suited to luxury‑brand communications; SharePoint proficiency is a strong asset.
- Foundational IT knowledge (networks, email systems, digital hygiene) and a clear interest in cybersecurity culture and behavioural risk.
- Proactive, highly organised, rigorous and able to manage multiple international projects simultaneously.

Experience
Targeted at Master’s students with academic and/or internship experience in governance, communications, cybersecurity awareness, behavioural analysis or related fields; prior exposure to international projects or GRC topics is an advantage.
Education
Current enrolment in a Master’s programme (Sciences Po, EGE, CELSA, engineering school with governance specialisation or a Grande École de Management).
