Kering is seeking a Cybersecurity Awareness Specialist in Paris to lead and mature its Group-wide cybersecurity awareness and culture programme, supporting more than 45,000 employees and contractors. The role covers mandatory e-learning, phishing simulations, communications, governance and measurement, with a focus on measurable behaviour change and compliance with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SWIFT and GDPR.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Group’s awareness and culture strategy raises security maturity, targets behaviours that most reduce human cyber risk, and complies with applicable regulations, standards and industry requirements, including ISO 27001, PCI DSS and SWIFT.
  • Lead and continuously improve the Group’s awareness and culture strategy as a change-management programme, from adoption planning through behaviour monitoring.
  • Lead the annual mandatory Cybersecurity and Data Protection e-learning programmes as structured projects, covering scope, planning, budget and risk management; coordinate stakeholders and sponsors across Maisons and regions, and use generative AI to produce content.
  • Run and analyse periodic phishing simulation campaigns and derive targeted follow-up actions.
  • Deliver the annual cyber communications plan and editorial line, including Viva Engage and campaigns, to inform employees about risks, attack trends and good practices; organise Group-wide events such as CyberWeek.
  • Manage the cybersecurity portal in SharePoint so security policies and requirements are accessible and understood, including the cyber onboarding kit for new joiners.
  • Maintain security awareness documentation, including policies and evidence, to support internal and external audits.
  • Maintain the measurement framework and Power BI dashboards to track completion, engagement and behaviour change; report progress, risks and results to the CISO and relevant governance committees.
  • Act as the interface between Cybersecurity, IT, HR, Data Protection and business teams; support adoption of new digital and security tools, including Microsoft 365 and Copilot; manage awareness vendors.
  • Work with top management and, as needed, contribute to skills development and cyber training-representative initiatives, as well as cyber crisis cells.
  • Help employees adopt consistent secure behaviours regardless of location or device.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in change management, business, information systems or communications.
  • 4–8 years of experience in change management and cybersecurity awareness within large international organisations.
  • Broad cybersecurity knowledge, including risks, attack techniques and key protective measures, to bridge technical experts and employees.
  • Knowledge of ISMS requirements and principal regulatory frameworks, including PCI DSS, SWIFT and ISO 27001.
  • Demonstrated change-management experience using PROSCI/ADKAR and deploying large-scale awareness or e-learning programmes (Articulate/SCORM, LMS).
  • Strong project-management skills covering scope, planning, budget, risks and stakeholders; a project-management certification such as PMP, Prince2 or equivalent is an advantage.
  • Experience with phishing simulation platforms such as Proofpoint and data tools including Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Viva Engage and Copilot, and content-creation tools including Canva, Vyond and Adobe Suite.
  • Passion for security and technology, curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • Creativity in proposing innovative actions tailored to different audiences.
  • Ability to make complex messages simple, clear and concise for audiences with varied cultures, nationalities and languages.
  • Autonomy and ability to coordinate stakeholders in a complex, international, matrix environment.
  • Confidence engaging with top management and senior stakeholders, with strong influencing and presentation skills.
