Kering — Cyber Governance & Risk Management Intern in Paris. 6-month internship (Sep 2026) within Security Governance, Risk & Compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation and maturation of a comprehensive security controls framework.
  • Participate in the ISMS (Information Security Management System) programme and contribute to activities preparing for certification and continual improvement.
  • Assist with cyber risk identification, mapping, assessment and remediation tracking, including monitoring associated action plans.
  • Analyse control and audit results and draft clear, actionable recommendations to strengthen the security posture.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity awareness initiatives and internal communication of security best practices.
  • Prepare reporting materials and stakeholder-facing presentations summarising risk, control status and progress.
  • Engage in team activities related to governance, crisis management and the communication of security incidents where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a recognised higher-education programme (IEP/Sciences Po, EGE, LSE or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with the ability to extract insights from data and produce concise recommendations.
  • Rigorous, autonomous and organised with experience following up on complex projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Proficient with standard office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
