Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of customs-relevant elements on invoices prior to issuing customs bills.
- Execute customs bills using the 'Gulliver' software and transmit them to the Italian Customs Agency.
- Monitor proof of exit from the EU and manage the Global Guarantee for EU Transit.
- Upload the 'Fascicolo elettronico' in the event of customs control.
- Update HS codes, master data, and foreign currency exchange rates in 'Gulliver'.
- Provide customs instructions for import formalities to external brokers.
- Verify the accuracy of outsourced customs bills.
- Archive issued customs bills and related documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Political Science, Law, or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
