Kering seeks a CRM Director in Paris to lead group-wide CRM strategy, platform evolution and data-driven personalization across its Maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and own the Group-wide CRM vision, strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives across Maisons.
- Lead the evolution and governance of CRM platforms and data activation capabilities to enable scalable, personalised client experiences.
- Design and deploy CRM frameworks, guidelines and best practices for segmentation, targeting and personalization across markets.
- Coordinate and chair cross-functional working groups (Global Marketing, Media, Digital, Sales, Maison teams) to ensure consistent execution and governance.
- Support local teams through training, capability building and roll‑out of geographic best practices.
- Manage key external partners, technology vendors and implementation partners to deliver CRM initiatives on time and at scale.
- Monitor performance, derive actionable insights from CRM activations and iterate strategy to maximise client engagement and loyalty.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in CRM or data‑driven marketing roles, ideally within beauty, retail or luxury brands.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling CRM strategies across multiple markets and brands.
- Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data activation and performance measurement.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability and a solutions‑oriented approach.

Experience
8–10 years in CRM or data-driven marketing roles, with demonstrable experience scaling CRM programs across multiple markets and brands—preferably within beauty, retail or luxury sectors.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, data science or a related field; master’s degree or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.
