Kering — Credit Collection Analyst in Milan. Join the EMEA Credit Collection team to manage accounts receivable, reconciliations and payment monitoring.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor clients’ payment deadlines and manage payment requests and credit collection registrations for the EMEA region.
  • Execute daily accounting entries related to customers’ collections and promptly record missing collections.
  • Perform monthly reconciliations and verify monthly allowances and payment terms.
  • Correct previous registrations in coordination with the accountancy team.
  • Manage customer payments and shipment data within the information system.
  • Collect and monitor bank receipts, allowances, promissory notes and credit notes.

Qualifications

  • Approximately 2 years’ experience in credit control, collections or a similar accounting role.
  • Previous experience in a multinational organisation; luxury sector experience is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.
  • Fluent Italian and good written and spoken English.
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Around two years of hands-on experience in credit collection/accounts receivable within a multinational or corporate finance environment; prior exposure to luxury brands is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
