Kering seeks motivated Corporate Security Intern for Milan office. Support security projects, audits and compliance activities in an international environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Review completeness and consistency of security checklists and control tools across B2B EMEA Road, Event Security and Corporate Security initiatives
  • Provide administrative support for audit planning activities including timeline monitoring, documentation collection and deadline compliance verification
  • Review audit checklists and assist with uploading and organizing historical checklists within the Audit App
  • Support data analysis and data quality activities by maintaining, consolidating and validating incident, Arthur files and stock-related project information
  • Assist with updating and maintaining logistics flow mapping documentation
  • Support preparation and updates of presentations, reports and project documentation for the Security team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Security Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics or related field
  • Strong interest in corporate security, risk management, compliance or audit-related activities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working with data and documentation in structured and accurate manner
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset
  • High level of confidentiality and integrity
