Kering — Corporate HR Intern in Milan. Support HR operations, onboarding, reporting; native English and fluent Italian required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the HR Advisors team to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation and system updates.
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee data to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with internal guidelines.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations and KPI metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Manage and archive HR documentation in line with company retention policies.
- Coordinate HR initiatives, projects and internal communications, and assist organising HR events and employee engagement activities.
- Liaise with external stakeholders (agencies, universities, vendors) and provide administrative support where required.
- Contribute to adherence with HR policies and internal procedures, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
- Strong interest in HR with a clear willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail.
- Service-oriented mindset and strong team spirit.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Workday is a plus.
- English at native level and fluent Italian.

Entry-level internship. No prior professional HR experience is required; administrative or previous internship experience in HR or related functions is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
