Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Ecommerce – Business Performance & Insights team on the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) programme across Kering fashion Houses.
- Identify optimisation opportunities through user‑journey analysis using Google Analytics 4 and behavioural analytics tools (e.g. ContentSquare, Clarity).
- Implement A/B tests in the experimentation platform (AB Tasty), perform Quality Assurance and monitor test execution.
- Analyse A/B test results and translate findings into actionable recommendations for product and commerce teams.
- Design and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio or Tableau) to track project and feature performance for ecommerce stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive and best‑practice benchmarks by feature, template or objective to inform test hypotheses.
- Prepare clear, concise presentations of insights and business cases for cross‑functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Digital Marketing, Computer Science or a related field (required for internship eligibility).
- Familiarity with ecommerce and omnichannel environments; prior exposure to the luxury industry is preferred.
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make data understandable and actionable for non‑technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.

Experience
Practical exposure to ecommerce analytics or digital marketing through prior internships, project work or coursework; hands‑on experience with Google Analytics and Excel is expected. Familiarity with luxury brand contexts is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
