Role & Responsibilities
- Support the controlling team with day-to-day financial control activities
- Participate in monthly closings and reporting processes using HFM
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs; produce and maintain dashboarding
- Perform ad hoc financial and business analyses to support decision-making
- Support the accounting team with routine operations in SAP
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Economics, Business Management or a closely related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with MS Office
- Fluent in Italian with a strong command of English
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams

Student-level role; no specific full-time experience required. Previous internships or coursework in finance, controlling, accounting or reporting are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Finance, Economics, Business Management or a related discipline.
