Role & Responsibilities
- Identify potential areas for improvement in the current End-to-End Control Tower approach.
- Propose recommendations to enhance the existing model, focusing on technological and communication advancements.
- Support new collection launches and address special brand urgencies from needs acknowledgment to fulfillment.
- Regularly monitor End-to-End KPIs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Conduct performance analysis to ensure the correct execution of distribution flows.
- Develop and maintain a framework to communicate logistics status with Fashion Houses' Supply Chain Departments.
- Ensure data accuracy through regular checks and report data quality issues.
Qualifications
- Graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or STEM fields.
- Interest in supply chain and distribution management, KPIs, and data management.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Effective team player with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Creative and curious mindset.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
