Kering Construction Project Manager in New York: oversee luxury retail projects from inception through delivery. $120K–$135K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project briefs, cost estimates, and schedules early in project development; align all stakeholders on milestone dates and approved budgets
- Maintain accurate project costs and timelines within Power BI dashboards to ensure real-time stakeholder communication and project tracking
- Coordinate efforts of internal project teams (IT, Security, Operations) and external partners (architects, engineers, general contractors, suppliers) to achieve key milestones
- Lead weekly progress meetings with all project team members to update status, align objectives, and resolve emerging issues
- Review technical and design drawing packages to verify compliance with project objectives and design standards
- Identify schedule and budget risks; manage mitigation strategies with stakeholders, consultants, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Conduct regular construction site visits to verify work progression, compliance with design standards, and quality assurance
- Partner with the Procurement team to manage competitive tenders for Architects of Record, General Contractors, and Millworkers; ensure vendor quality, compliance, and value delivery
- Advance Group sustainability objectives by promoting sustainable construction practices and securing LEED certification for eligible projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail Store Planning, Architecture, or Construction, with luxury retail project exposure preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Proven experience managing small to medium-sized construction projects with full accountability for budget, schedule, and design intent compliance
- Proficiency in CAD drawing tools (AutoCAD, 3D software), Adobe Graphics programs (Photoshop, InDesign), and Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
- LEED AP or WELL AP sustainability certification preferred

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Retail Store Planning, Architecture, or Construction. Exposure to luxury retail construction projects is strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing small to medium-sized construction projects with full accountability for budget compliance, schedule delivery, and design intent preservation.
Education
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline is required.
