Kering Construction Project Assistant internship in Paris. Support office refurbishment projects with AutoCAD, vendor coordination, and contract administration.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and synthesize operational requirements from internal stakeholders across multiple Kering departments
- Produce initial space planning simulations using AutoCAD, including test fit and macro/microzoning analysis
- Support preparation of tender documentation for design and construction phases
- Conduct technical and financial analysis of tender responses
- Monitor construction progress and participate in project meetings and site inspections
- Manage contractual and administrative compliance throughout all project phases, including contract administration, handover, and invoicing
- Verify quality and timeliness of deliverables from external partners and vendors
- Create communication materials and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school programme or Master's degree in construction or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and synthesizing capability with demonstrated attention to detail and organizational acumen
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal abilities
