Kering Consolidation Analyst Intern opportunity in Paris, supporting corporate consolidation, IFRS reporting and subsidiaries worldwide.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual consolidated accounts, monthly reporting and forecasts under IFRS for subsidiaries in the Corporate scope.
  • Monitor the submission of consolidation packages from 80 entities worldwide.
  • Review the quality of consolidated data through analytical reviews and perform analysis.
  • Collect information for the notes to the consolidated accounts.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
  • Contribute to ongoing projects, including the application of new standards and implementation of new tools.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and training to subsidiaries.
  • Optimize tools to improve the consolidation process.
  • Engage daily with subsidiary contacts in an international environment.

Qualifications

  • Bac+5-level education at a business school or university, specializing in finance or accounting, or a DSCG qualification; seeking an end-of-studies internship, ideally, or a gap-year internship.
  • A first experience in a finance department or audit would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and versatility, with a genuine interest in financial analysis.
  • Analytical ability and a concise, structured approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity and ability to work with international contacts.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
