Kering seeks a Compensation & Benefits Manager in Paris to manage corporate rewards, salary review, benefits and international mobility for Group corporate teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update job mapping in alignment with the Group Job Catalogue; advise HR Business Partners on job classification and use of the catalogue.
- Design competitive compensation packages for recruitments, internal mobility and international transfers, and provide expert guidance to HRBPs and hiring managers.
- Coordinate and manage the annual salary review process for France-based corporate teams: recommend increase budgets, validate HRIS data and deliver post-campaign analyses.
- Participate in remuneration surveys, conduct external competitiveness analyses and recommend remedial action plans.
- Implement, monitor and evaluate employee benefits programmes within the corporate perimeter and ensure alignment with Group initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and correct application of international mobility policies for transfers to/from France; prepare mobility packages and coordinate administrative implementation.
- Communicate and promote Group C&B policies across HR, managers and employees; contribute to global C&B projects including benefits harmonisation and incentive scheme evolution.
- Develop HRBP capabilities on C&B topics, share best practices within the Group C&B community and support stakeholder engagement at all organisational levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in Compensation & Benefits, combining advisory/consulting and corporate in-house roles.
- Strong knowledge of the French compensation market, social and tax legislation, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with HRIS (SIRH); rigorous attention to data quality.
- Proven experience managing salary review cycles, benchmarking exercises and benefits programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; personal integrity and alignment with Kering values.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent professional experience.
