Kering seeks a Compensation & Benefits Manager in Paris to lead compensation, benefits and mobility programmes for corporate teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure accurate job mapping across the Corporate organisation in alignment with the Group Job Catalogue; advise HR Business Partners on job taxonomy and usage.
- Participate in remuneration surveys and benchmarks, analyse external competitiveness and recommend corrective action plans.
- Design compensation packages for recruitment, internal mobility and international transfers.
- Coordinate and manage the annual salary review process for France-based corporate teams, including budget recommendations and validation of HRIS data.
- Support HRBPs and managers in using salary review tools, monitor progress, provide comparative analyses and challenge proposals where appropriate.
- Implement, monitor and evaluate employee benefits programmes within the remit and ensure alignment with Group standards.
- Ensure compliance and correct application of international mobility policies for transfers to/from France; prepare mobility packages and coordinate administrative aspects.
- Communicate and promote Group C&B policies, contribute to global harmonisation and evolution of incentive schemes, and share best practices within the Group C&B community.
- Deliver post-campaign analyses and liaise with HR Shared Services for operational implementation.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in Compensation & Benefits roles, with demonstrable experience in both consulting and corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of the French compensation market, national tax and social legislation, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical accuracy with the ability to manage complex processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to engage with leaders and HRBPs at all levels.
- Professional integrity and values consistent with Kering’s culture.
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
Skills
Experience
Mid-level C&B professional experience with a track record of working across both advisory (consulting) and in-house corporate environments; demonstrable experience coordinating salary review cycles, benefits programmes and international mobility cases.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or a related discipline; Master’s degree or advanced certification in HR/Compensation preferred.
