Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide benefits orientation to new hires, clearly explaining programs, enrollment processes, resources, and key contacts
  • Support Compensation & Benefits activities throughout onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Conduct benefits exit meetings with departing employees and guide them regarding termination or continuation of applicable benefits
  • Prepare and update benefits presentations, onboarding materials, FAQs, communications, and supporting documentation
  • Promote employee benefits through internal communications, presentations, digital platforms, and engagement initiatives
  • Research employee discount programs, strategic partnerships, wellness initiatives, and complementary benefits to strengthen the employee value proposition
  • Support evaluation and implementation of new benefit programs and employee partnerships
  • Respond to general employee questions regarding benefits and escalate complex cases to appropriate team members or providers
  • Provide first-level support for invoice management, including receiving, reviewing, organizing, and following up on invoices
  • Support Compensation & Benefits team members with invoice tracking and administrative follow-up
  • Maintain organized and accurate records related to benefits, vendors, invoices, employee communications, and program participation
  • Conduct research and collect data related to compensation, benefits, employee programs, market practices, and internal initiatives
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, databases, and basic analyses
  • Assist with benefits events, educational sessions, employee campaigns, and enrollment activities
  • Track participation, utilization, employee questions, and feedback related to benefits programs
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, HR Operations, external vendors, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Provide general administrative support for Compensation & Benefits projects and recurring processes
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving, standardizing, and communicating Compensation & Benefits processes across the organization

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Detail-oriented with commitment to maintaining accurate information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-service oriented with comfort interacting directly with employees
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up items
