Kering seeks a Community Engagement Manager in Paris to lead global employee engagement and employer brand communications. 8–10 years' experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the editorial strategy and content calendar for Kering's corporate social media channels in close coordination with HR and external communications
- Create and commission platform-native content including posts, articles, interviews, images, animations and videos that reflect Kering's brand identity
- Develop engaging editorial content for internal communications platforms such as Viva Engage, including articles, video and animations
- Support major employee initiatives through impactful communications, including global learning days, culture of integrity campaigns, inclusion and diversity programs, and talent-focused initiatives
- Manage the LinkedIn Ambassadors program, providing ready-to-use content and support to employee advocates
- Plan and deliver high-quality internal events across varied formats, including large-scale employee events and leadership gatherings
- Collaborate with agencies, production partners and freelancers to develop high-quality, original content aligned with Kering's brand standards
- Track channel and campaign performance, analyze insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Manage dedicated budgets and ensure efficient project delivery across all initiatives
- Monitor emerging platforms, formats and audience behaviors, testing new approaches that add value
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in communications within demanding environments, ideally combining in-house and agency roles
- Broad communications or public relations experience, with specific expertise in employee engagement and/or employer branding
- Demonstrated experience in complex, global, multicultural and multi-stakeholder environments
- Proven ability to develop strategy and deliver excellence in execution
- Hands-on experience with digital communications platforms and social media campaigns
- Natural communicator with excellent storytelling, writing and editing abilities in French and English (bilingual fluency required)
- Confident presenter capable of engaging and convincing senior leaders, House peers and employee ambassadors
- Strong project management, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, InDesign and Illustrator
- Solid working knowledge of Excel
- Proven experience collaborating with agencies and managing budgets effectively
- Affinity for the fashion and luxury sector
- Italian language proficiency is an asset
