Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the existing client portfolio—national and international—maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify, prospect and acquire new B2B clients across domestic and foreign markets.
  • Present collections and provide technical-commercial support to clients, translating product features into commercial value.
  • Prepare promotional material and coordinate participation in trade fairs, client visits and networking activities.
  • Prepare, submit and negotiate commercial proposals and sales conditions.
  • Handle end-to-end order management: entry into the company ERP, monitoring, and follow-through to delivery.
  • Respond promptly to complaints and provide after-sales support to protect client relationships.
  • Produce timely commercial reporting and market feedback for internal stakeholders.
  • Collect market needs, trends and client feedback to inform the Research & Development function.

Qualifications

  • Proven commercial/sales experience — even short or junior-level — preferably from the fashion, luxury or leather sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and good command of English; knowledge of French is a significant plus.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, target-driven and able to work autonomously.
  • Availability for domestic and international travel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel); experience with AS400 or similar ERP systems is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, fashion management, marketing or a related discipline preferred.

Experience
