Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize Tableau dashboards to support global teams.
- Provide first-level support to users, assisting them in utilizing reporting tools effectively.
- Gather and analyze user requirements to enhance visualizations and indicators.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data tools and practices.
- Facilitate KPI reviews and share insights with Customer Service teams.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and resolve data-related issues.

Skills
Experience
