Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Global Group Chat & Socials Project Manager in business and services activities for e-commerce transition.
- Coordinate worldwide client services and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Implement new back and front office e-commerce functionalities.
- Manage enhancement requests and define business needs through User Stories.
- Oversee front contribution processes and manage Service Client page updates for all Group brands.
- Contribute directly to the e-commerce websites of Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, and McQueen using Salesforce and Contentful.
- Prepare websites for Employee Sales across multiple brands.
- Facilitate transversal coordination with brands, e-commerce department, and client services.
- Create presentations for the CLICS team, including survey analysis and communication campaigns.
Qualifications
- Master 2 student or equivalent advanced education.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaborative tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Google Docs.
- Strong relational skills, multitasking ability, autonomy, and proactivity.
- Rigorous organization and a synthetic approach to tasks.
- Interest in digital solutions and luxury or client relation experience is a plus.
